Held at the beautiful lagoon in Parrot Tree Plantation, there was shrimp cooked to perfection by some of Roatan's finest chefs, Roatan's own Lusty Lizards Hot Sauce, activities aplenty for the children, and bands till late in the evening.
Food booths and dining areas were decorated in inviting Caribbean style. We never so many people in one place on Roatan.
